Honey powder and molasses powder are liquid honey and liquid molasses that has been plated on an other material (please see ingredients for each) and then roller- or drum-dried into a powder. The powders retain the natural sweetness of the liquid in a convenient, powdered form.
How should I store powdered products to maintain quality?
To maintain its quality, we recommend storage at normal room temperature (65°-75°F) away from excess heat and humidity.
